  • Event Squads (from ~14)
Athletes move into the Junior Endurance Squad or the Sprint Squad, focusing on their preferred events with more targeted coaching.

  • Structured, performance-focused training
  • Periodised coaching programmes designed to peak for goal competitions

Framerunning

Our Framerunning group is designed for athletes of all ages with coordination impairments, including those associated with cerebral palsy.

  • Uses a three-wheeled running frame to provide support and stability
  • Enables independent movement and aerobic exercise
  • Suitable for both recreational participation and competition

For many athletes, this is their first experience of independent running.

Getting started:
Most athletes join via our Royal High School project (Friday afternoons).
