Club records are a celebration of performance, reflecting the the strength and history of the club. We encourage all members to take part in keeping them accurate and up to date.

Think youβve set a new club record? Let us know by completing the form linked above. Please include as much detail as possible, along with supporting evidence (e.g. Power of 10 link or official results).
Our coaching team will then review and verify, and update the records tables!
β Eligibility Criteria
Records may be set when:
- Competing for CAAC (or any composite team) in a league match or road race.
- Competing in a District or National event.
- On International Duty.
- In Open Graded Meetings.
- When competing for your school, university or other associations at events where CAAC canβt enter athletes.
Additional criteria:
- Events must be licensed by a recognised National Governing Body
- Results should be published on platforms such as Power of 10 or Run Britain
- Second claim members must compete in a CAAC vest
- Wind-assisted performances (sprints/horizontal jumps) must be within legal limits
- Electronic timing is preferred (hand timing may be accepted if officially recorded)
Road records:
- Masters age group starts from V40
- Standard distances only: 1 Mile, 2 Miles, 5K, parkrun, 4 Miles, 5 Miles, 10K, 10 Miles, Half Marathon, 15 Miles, 20 Miles, Marathon, 50K, 100K
- Selected club event records may also be included
