Starting in 1999, CAAC produced a newsletter with articles, results and other club news. Packed with submissions from athletes, parents and supporters, the ‘CAAC Attack‘ newsletter was a staple of member communications. The newsletter was been edited by (self-described) literary greats such as Neil Grubb and Martin Caldwell with a special 20th Anniversary edition put together by Moray Anderson in October 2006.
From 2009, CAAC Attack was distributed only once each year, ahead of the AGM and the announcement of the awards and Club Champion trophies.
The covid-19 pandemic disrupted the 2020 publication, and CAAC Attack was most recently circulated in 2021. Since then, stengthened digital communications have meant that club news is more readily shared on social media, or through the club WhatsApp community. Perhaps one day it will be revived.
