Committed to CAAC (C2CAAC) is our participation awards scheme for athletes aged under 20. It recognises and rewards athletes who regularly compete for the club across track & field, cross-country and road running. Competition is an important part of an athlete’s development. It teaches them to set goals, challenge themselves, learn how to handle both success and disappointment, and builds confidence and resilience.
How It Works
Every eligible competition completed for CAAC earns one C2CAAC credit. As athletes reach each milestone, they receive a special coloured training T-shirt to recognise their commitment to the club.
| Award | Competitions |
| Team CAAC | 5 |
| Committed to CAAC | 10 |
| CAAC Champion | 25 |
| CAAC Star | 50 |
| CAAC Hero | 100 |
Awards are presented throughout the year at club training sessions and events.
Submit a Competition
Athletes or Parents should use this Competition Submission Form to ensure the C2CAAC totals stay accurate and up to date. Our volunteers will review submissions and update athlete totals regularly.
