Men's League Report - Crownpoint. 11 June 2017

What a turnaround!  From the 4 who traveled to Aberdeen, we had 15 athletes and 4 officials yesterday.  Every event, with the exception of the pole vault, was contested in both 'A' and 'B' strings.  Everyone who took part scored points, or would have, failing our strong attendance.

Men's League Aberdeen Report - 6 May 2017

After several years of disappointing participation levels, Tom Ferrington has handed over the team management duties to James Harrison and myself, with able assistance from Ryan Kyle and Scott Hamilton.

Officials for Aberdeen Mens League, 6th May

Hi all, We're short of officials for this weekend's Men's League meeting in Aberdeen. The rules state that unless we provide 3 officials (one must be graded, the other two require no training) then the club do not score any points at the meeting. Aberdeen is a particular problem because it’s so far, so it’s difficult to even get enough interest from competing athletes. As things stand, there are 5 athletes going, each undertaking multiple events in order to ensure the club is well represented.
