Well Done BC and CP!

Today only three of us (I think?) made the short trip to Pennicuik for their 10K. The weather was kind to us and a couple of Corstorphine athletes put it some very credible times.
Brian Clark was second in a time of 34.48 and Chris Peggie came in twelfth in a very respectable 39.03. These times are over an ‘undulating (at best) course’.
Well done guys. Great for the CAAC guys to get a podium position and support a local clubs’ event when there are so many other things going on. Personally very pleased to see BC doing so well.

Thanks Shaun for the very nice words and well done to you as well. As you say Penicuik 10km is not really about running a fast time but it's enjoyable just to get out and race sometimes and I do like the hill in the first 2.5km although wish it came a bit later in the race.
