East District and National XC Relays

The cross-country season is nearly here. The District relays are at Livingston on Saturday, 8th October and the Nationals are at Cumbernauld on Saturday, 22nd October.

We need names for Livingston by Thursday, 22nd September and for Cumbernauld by Thursday, 6th October. If you haven't already let your coach know if you can run, then tell them this week or reply here.
Thanks!
