A wee bit of a late report (waiting for the results to be published) :

Last Wednesday night Gillian, Grant and myself made the trip up to Perthshire for a go at this years Brig Bash at Bridge of Earn.  Its a fun 5 mile road run around some nice countryside, and pulls in a good quality field of runners from Perth and Fife.  It is also famous for a fine buffet which was my main motivation for taking part.

Grant had a great run coming in 3rd position and 1st vet in 27:09.  Gillian and I suffering the effects of the Barrthon (excuses, excuses !!!) had decent runs, myself coming 38th in 31:39 and Gillian 58th in 33:19.

The buffet was very impressive, Barrathon and Brig Bash all in 1 week I really am spoiling myself !!!
