PB for Fletch in Rigg Race!

Former race organiser Graeme Fletcher posted a personal best in tonights Rigg Race. From memory his time was 35.11 (Graeme will confirm or otherwise) and he was 6th overall and first male over fifty, just behind the first male over forty.
Well done to him and, for the record, Phyllis 0’Brien was first lady and Graham Mclean posted his first sub forty minute time in this event for a while!

Thanks Shaun for being so generous ( actually about 20 secs slower than this & probably 7th place but still a PB ! - Results not up yet ) - Best part of the evening ( apart from propping up the bar with Shaun & Martin C afterwards ) was running round with Andrew Murray ( no , not the tennis player , the famous one ! ) http://www.yamaatrust.com/sales.aspx
and just managing to hold him off to the finish. I guess this one was about 2,653miles under distance for him ( & not enough sand for his liking )

Sorry about the error Graeme-must make a mental note to avoid posting on this (or any other) website after bar propping! Well done anyway, the PB must feel good after all your involvement in this race over the years.
