I attempted that at the last CAAC Paps race. Gave BC my garmin watch, and expected a good laugh afterwards, but he actually managed to run a decent route. :-)

Yes, very good everyone! I have actually done okay at the last two CAAC Paps....I think I have turned the corner and am now one one the best navigators Corstorphine have got! I'm not promising however that I won't get lost again at the next CAAC Paps race! ;)

BC, locating a runner with decent navigational skills, then sticking on their shoulder before sprinting for the finishing line does not make you "one of the best navigators Corstorphinehave got!". It simply demonstrates some of your beleaguered coaches words of wisdom are finally sinking in...
