Park run 78
I wasn't planning to run this one but COB asked me on Thursday if I was going for 3 wins in a row at the weekend, so I couldn't resist the opprtunity! The wind is so often a major influence in the west-east-west out and back park run. Today there was a strong westerly which everyone was talking about. I made the most of it on my back during the first half of the race, leading out the pack with Chris Black hot on my heals. Chris and I swapped positions at the front a couple of times as we battled the strong head wind, before I made a break for it in the final kilometre and Chris thankfully didn't follow. I happily took my 3rd park run win in 3 weeks, and now look forward to the Edinburgh marathon next weekend. Well done to the other CAACers running today.

217 finished.
Lucozade were giving out lots of goodies afterwards. I bagged a smart t-shirt, drink and sweat band!

First class, nice work guys.

First class, nice work guys. I have to admit i would've went for Chris had it gone to the wire. He was flying on Thursday, so good work getting that gap ;]
All set to go, have fun. The 100% positive results are testament to the training done.
Well done on the hat trick
